The Lord provides in unexpected ways

Me and my companion worked really hard this week and were able to see some cool miracles, but not how we expected. We literally talked to every single person we saw and knocked a lot of doors, but almost everyone rejected us! It was tough, but I was rewarded that I did everything I could and laid it all on the table. I was able to see how the Lord provides.

This week we were able to have a lesson with Heather and her daughter Kaylee, which went super well. Me and my companion were super bold and loving at the same time. Heather is not baptized and her boyfriend does not want to get married, so we laid out the consequences, but they still are not going to get married. It was super sad, but she still is going to come go church. We are going to work with her daughter for the 16th of February.

But this week we were able to get in the door of one of the part-member families and we got to teach the husband and his son the restoration and it went super good, so we will be working with them which was such a miracle.

Also this week another part member family texted us back and wants us to come over on Wednesday to meet with her and her boy who is not baptized yet, so we are super excited!

The biggest miracle was that Jacob came to church. He is not a member, but is making the steps towards baptism so that was super cool. Then a lady named Amanda came and brought her fiance who is not a member. She came up to us and wants to have us start teaching him the discussions so it was pretty sweet. Then one of the boys gave a talk and an inactive member brought his family to watch him speak. It was a powerful talk and he told us that the family is interested in having us come over. We are going to set that up.

It was an awesome week. We had 7 people at church, which was a super cool miracle! The Lord provides in ways you don't expect as you give everything you've got! By the end of each day I was very tired, but it's funny because I am still super happy and me and my companion are having a blast and are excited for next week to get working.

Here are some pics of when we got stuck in the mud and couldn't get out.
