Merry Christmas
This week was a good week! We had some very good lessons, especially with the Cruz family from Honduras. They are so cool. I have never met a 13 year old so intelligent and in tune with the light of Christ. He literally is a sponge and remembers everything that we tell him!! He loves the Book of Mormon and the plan of salvation and the gospel of Jesus Christ. His name is Abel and my comp and I always talk about how one day he is going to be a seventy or an apostle because he has an amazing gift. It is incredible.
This week we started teaching this part member family--the Macias family. They are really cool. We shared a message about Christmas and set goals with them for the new year coming up. One of the daughters set the sweetest goal. She said, "I just want to be happy!" We are very excited to talk with them again next week.
We also made some goals with a part-member family. They want to start coming to church so we are super excited.
The Alverez family is doing good. They are having some hard times in their lives right now, but they are staying faithful and strong. I love them so much. Also Earl is doing great. We are just waiting for him to come back from Houston!
This week we biked a lot in the cold, which was super fun. We have seen some cool miracles this week and things are going great. I am super excited for Christmas. It honestly the best time of the year!! I love the Savior so much and am thankful for his birth and death. I am very grateful for my family and for the examples they have left for me!!
I love ya'll. Have a great week.
